Forward Madison Match Day Poster Design Contest 2021

Enter to Win!

WHAT: A chance to get your winning poster design chosen and printed for the August 14th Forward Madison match against Tormenta.

WHO: 1st through 5th graders.

WHEN: Submit designs to 4337 Hillcrest Drive Madison, WI 53705 by Friday, July 23, 2021. Winners will be announced August 1, 2021.

WHY: Match day posters are an opportunity to introduce local artists to fans of Forward Madison FC. These posters are custom to each match and will be distributed for free. Help Millennium Soccer Club celebrate its 20th year and show support for our Forward Madison FC!

HOW: Print the submission form linked below and follow directions. Hard copies and stamped envelopes can be picked up at the Boys and Girls Club (1818 W Beltline Hwy, Madison, WI 53713) or the West Side YMCA (5515 Medical Cir, Madison, WI 53719).

Cash Prize!

Submittals will be evaluated by a committee including members of the Millennium Soccer Club board and Forward Madison FC representatives and five finalists will be chosen. Using social media polls from Forward Madison FC the final design will be chosen and announced by August 1st, 2021. The winner of the contest will receive $100. The other four finalists will win $50 each.
